It has been 27 years since NASCAR began racing at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 1998, when Mark Martin claimed the first win at the speedway. With clear, sunny skies and temperatures around 70 degrees, it was a perfect day for racing. Forty race cars will compete on the 1.5-mile oval track, battling it out in an exciting showdown.
A notable storyline heading into this race is Christopher Bell’s opportunity to achieve something historic that NASCAR has not seen in 18 years.
