October 1 survivors push for Nevada gun safety bills

AB355 would raise the legal age to “possess or control” a semiautomatic shotgun or semiautomatic centerfire rifle from 18 to 21 years old. The law also would make it illegal for someone to help anyone under 21 access those types of weapons.
